"This place has really gone downhill. Been coming here for a few years but the food is horrible and they started up charging for everything. Our pizza had been sitting on the counter but no one called our name. Got our pizza and it was burnt but all the toppings were cold. Cheese hadn’t even had a chance to melt on most of the pizza. Based on the other bad reviews, it sounds like nothing has changed. We experienced the same issues with staff, cleanliness, etc. although I appreciate the cookie cutter responses that the team is aware and addressing the issue, they are clearly not and don’t intend to either. There is no attempt for great customer service here. This will be our last time coming here. So many other good pizza places close by."
