Blaze Pizza

"Ordered a build your own... The dude behind the counter was almost counting the pieces of onions and bell pepper being put on the pizza. I even asked to just put it all over and not bother with precise location... But I guess it's so no part of the pizza remains empty since they're gonna try to spread little bit to make it seem like a lot. PS- this review is for the Culver/walnut location which doesn't even appear on Google maps. All ingredients looked stale and dry..."

"I like Blaze, but this location has a really rude male employee. After finishing ordering my pizza, while I was waiting, this guy told me to move further away, which I didn’t have any problem with as I figured I might have unconsciously in the way of people who came in to pick up their pizzas. I complied and moved away to one of their tables. I didn’t hear him call my name, but I saw that he was putting a pizza in a box and there was no one else waiting so I figured that must have been mine. I came up to the station. He handled me the box. I asked if I could have arugula on top. He looked visibly annoyed and told me I should have told him when he called my name. I was appalled by his attitude. I told him I didn’t hear he called my name. I haven’t experienced such terrible customer service in a while. I then asked for some red pepper. He told me they were in the corner next to the drinks. I went there to check and there was none. I came back and told him there was none. He insisted they were there. I went back to check twice and I still couldn’t find any so I let him know. He then looked visibly upset. He went there to check and he couldn’t find anything there either so he went into the back to grab some and put them there. Everyone has bad days, but it is not an excuse to be mean to others, especially to customers. This guy made me very uncomfortable. I probably won’t be back to this location."

"Blaze Pizza is a very delicious pizzeria. You start off by choosing your own dough in which they have a variety of. Afterwards you choose your sauce. You’re able to mix and match sauces. You move forward to the cheeses the meats and veggies. You’re able to get as much as you’d like for a single price. Everyone here is very patient and friendly. The whole experience is worth every penny spent. They have agua fresca as well as your regular fountain drinks."

"Really good pizza, came on a Saturday brunch time and there was no line. Staff were very friendly in teaching us how to order. The build your own was a good size to share with someone!"

"Tables and seats needed to be wiped down, this was at 11am, can only imagine how it looks after the lunch crowd. Took a long time for toppings to be added. Blood orange lemonade is really good. Staff is friendly. Difficult to hear your name being called when order is ready. Pizza is good, crust is thin and crispy."
