"The worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. First pizza was so burned I’m shocked it was sent out. The lid had half the cheese stuck to it. My wife pointed out they must have flipped it and opened the box to check...AND IT WAS BLACK AND STILL SENT! We called and were told another pizza would take an hour OR we could get a “free” pizza some other time. How about you give me the pizza I paid for?! So just over an hour later the pizza in the picture is delivered. (I gave back the first pizza) Wife calls and politely informs them this pizza is also burned and asks to ONLY be refunded for the pizza. Alas, there system won’t allow a refund but we’ve been offered another “free” pizza at a later date. Hey jerks...it’s not free when I paid overprice for it!!!! My wife says it would be “unreasonable” for me to go to your location in person for a good pizza I paid for, so now I’m about to wash my mouth out (from that one bite) with Del Taco. Thanks for nothing Papa Johns."
