Office staff is great and reassures you as a tenant you feel safe and valued! Can't forget to mention the Maintenance guy, Manny, he's always available when needed and can get the job done efficiently! A must place to look into as a student!!"

"For a college students it’s a great location. There’s a shopping center near by (walking distance) and SSU is only a few minutes away. I locked myself out a few times and once on a Sunday night maintenance was not on the property but came to the rescue in a timely manner. Office staff are very nice and helpful."

"Unless this is your last choice do not stay here. I'm a student and I'm just here for a semester. When I first looked at this place it said it was a fully furnished apartment. They lied big time! All they had was a desk with no chair, and a kitchen. the other furniture in the apartment was provided by one of my three roommates. I'm sleeping on an air mattress because I showed up thinking it was fully furnished. Maybe I didn't fully read the description but they shouldn't be listing it as fully furnished. I'm getting charged $900 for a unfurnished apartment that I have to share with three other people. It would be worth putting out another $300 to have an apartment to my self that's fully furnished somewhere else that's 10 times nicer. You can pay your lease or parking on line but there is a $25 "convenience" fee for paying online. I tried paying in the office but the receptionist made it seam like it couldn't be done in the office and that if I wanted to I'd be inconveniencing her The parking is a month to month basis and even though they told me it was $40/month they screwed me into paying $75. The parking is worth it though because trying to park on the street is a nightmare Their office is only open from 10-4, and for someone going to school full time its nearly impossible to actually go to the office to address some of my concerns and issues. If you have anything fixed they will charge your entire apartment not just the person who requested it. My roommate had them replace the door knob for the front door and they charged each of us $20. So they will nickle and dime you at any chance they get and are very frustrating to deal with. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!"
