"Horrible move out experience. Still dealing with them 2 years later. Computer issues with monthly rent, garbage and parking fees, the accuracy of their software to charge the tenants etc is horrible. Paid over 1k in move out fees and they still want more(no damage, moved out on time etc..) Scope out the surrounding area before you move in as well."
"This is definitely the best apartment community I've ever lived at. The staff is so incredibly swift at responding to any appliance related issues and very good at fixing the issues. The leasing staff is nothing short of amazing. Donna and Sarah are absolutely incredible. they both are incredibly responsive with any questions we have had, and I'll be honest when the time comes to move whenever that is, im definitely gonna miss the property, but I think I'll miss the team that works here more."
"I love it here! I signed my lease sight unseen and I was very relieved when I got here to see how nice everything is. The pool and the gym are perfect for my needs. The women who work in the leasing office and super friendly and helpful. I haven’t needed the maintenance team for anything, but they’re always friendly when I’m out walking my dog and run into them."
