"Lived there for 4 years. The water heater went out and took them almost 2 months to change to a new one, the new one didn't work, the apartment manager had to change the water heater a total of 5 times only to go out again in the winter. The manager had a habit of either not answering or returning calls. I also let the management know that the dish washer wasn't working and they never fixed or replaced it when it burnt one of the soap pods"

"Lived here over a decade ago. Management was always, strange. They gave us pool keys so we would "watch the pool area after hours" in exchange for the keys/24-hour use. Later on, it just became a joke living there when an upstairs unit had a plumbing leak, twice, and mold started to grow all over our unit after our walls become soft and damp. Had to get air samples taken which nailed them to the wall as they refused before then to remediate. Moved out. Look at other property reviews in the area and compare to this place..."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The management here is AWFUL. If you have a problem and call in, they don't answer the phone. They never call you back. I lived here 2 years with a window that doesn't fully shut and doesn't lock, even in the winter when its cold. They spend time painting the trash can areas but don't clean up the broken down areas of the complex. Its absurd and if you are looking to rent here, DONT!!! Edit: reading my neighbors complaints in here makes me so sad. A woman with no bathroom door. That is unexcusable. We all, as neighbors, should band together and hire a lawyer because what they are doing is illegal."

"The apartments themselves are okay. It’s the management and facilities that suck. They have on-site laundry rooms but they are unusable unless you get a card (to load money on), and the machine that dispenses the cards has been broken for almost a year. Management was not able to provide any insight on when/if the machine would be fixed and they did not offer any alternative ways in which I could obtain a card. The tennis court is extremely run down and so is the pool. The hot tub has been broken for months and looks absolutely disgusting. Overall, this place is NOT worth the price."

"I have lived here for a little over a year, while the apartment itself is decent albeit overpriced, the staff and management do as little of their job they can get away with. The parking rules are never enforced and when brought to attention, the management does as little as possible to enforce their own rules. The maintenance staff does not adhere to their own 24-hour notice and will enter your property with little to no warning. Many of the apartment numbers have fallen off the buildings making it hard to determine which apartment is which from the street, the tennis court they flaunt on their website is rundown and virtually unplayable, and the residents litter cigarette butts throughout and around the complex with no repercussion or attention given to the dilemma. When approached with a problem, the management acts irritated and insincere and most often offers no solutions."
