"Location is great; however, in the future I will stay somewhere that is clean and well maintained. The blanket had multiple cigarette holes in it, the floor was dirty and there was hair all over the shower. It was fine for the 7hours we were there and did the job it was intended for minus us taking showers."
"Very clean, quick check in, very quiet at night. No complaints. Not a bad stay at all. The location is very convenient. There’s a Starbucks, convenience store, black bear diner, Safeway, and gas station all within spitting distance of the motel. It’s also not too far from a beach and the Russian river for travelers!"
"As we pulled in the property we saw 2 pest control trucks there. Checked in and entered the room. We could smell the pesticide and my daughter got really uncomfortable and stepped out. So we checked out right away and left. The lady at the front desk was really nice and apologized, and she was the only positive thing about this place. We had dinner at Black Bear Dinner and the food and service was great. Checked in in another hotel across from the freeway."
"The bed was so broken down and uncomfortable my girlfriend and I had to try and sleep on one side of the bed...it had a big spot on one side that was smashed down by a very heavy person sitting on the edge of the bed for like a year... very hollow walls, no private conversations because you can hear your neighbor breathing...they put someone next to me that snored so loud I didn't get any sleep...so I two nights I might have gotten three hours of sleep. I told the front desk I had to check out, I couldn't stay for the third night I had already paid for. They refunded my third night and I was at least happy about that"
"Horrible experience. Police were called multiple times due to fights and drug use in the parking lot. There was no toilet seat on the toilet. Front desk staff was kind, it seemed all the chaos was out of their control. I would never stay again. Loud partying all night, lady screaming in the parking lot she's going to stab someone. Police came and got her."
