"Bait and switch. Room was not as advertised. Before arrival we bought several frozen meals. They advertised the room came with a microwave and a small unit for heating water. Neither were included. We would not have booked the room if we knew these items were not ACTUALLY included. We asked the front desk and they confirmed the hotel doesn't have ANY microwaves or little water heaters and never did in the rooms. They acknowledged the listing was incorrect and implied its been happening for some time without management fixing it. In addition, the property is under construction with wires dangling from the hall way ceilings and walls. The door in the room let In light from the hall way and all the sound from the freeway making it since there was a gap at the bottom that we didn't know about until late at night. We heard the sound of a trash truck and all the cars on the freeway. The room ruined our breakfast and dinner plans, as well as our sleep. There were a few other minor issues like the filthy vent in the bathroom, the work desk had power outlets that didn't work. Didn't enjoy our stay. I recommend booking somewhere honest."

"They are in the middle of remodeling but they still keep the area clean and only work a few hours during middle of day. Rooms are nice and spacious and we are right on top of several chain restaurants and graton casino is within walking distance."

"Great location, No amenities. We walked into the room with garment bag in hand only to find a garment rack only 3 feet off the floor with a night stand under it creating only 12 inches of hanging space. When we inquired about a closet or hanging rack, we were informed the rack was installed to meet ADA compliance. Mmm, well, the sink is normal height and there is a tub rather than a walk in shower. Additionally, despite the advertisement, there is no coffee pot, no microwave, no washcloths, and no housekeeping. The door had a 1 inch gap, the curtain contains only a blackout curtain. There is no ambient lighting so the room is either full on lights or dark. However, the bathroom vanity light is insufficient to shave by and there is no full length mirror to make sure your slacks match your jacket."

"We just woke up in room 203. This place is not good. The rooms are absolutely bare bones and the beds are not comfortable. Everything is as cheap as possible. The rooms are not noise insulated. There was a lot of traffic noise until very late and it started again early. The property is sandwiched between the freeway and busy intersections with popular drive trough food places. The room air conditioner cycles in and off loudly but there is no setting for some constant fan noise to help cover the noise. The property all has very bright outdoor lighting and curtains that don’t block it out. It is safe to say this was not even remotely worth $130 and we will never stay here again. The only positive is that the room was clean."

"Made reservation through 3rd party app, no mention of deposit anywhere on the listing. Arrive to hotel and get greeted with a snotty desk clerk that informs us we have to pay a $100 deposit. We show the itinerary from 3rd party of price we agreed to pay and we’re only paying that. They reluctantly let us get our room without the deposit. We get to our room and there is damage all over the walls, construction debris in the air conditioner fan that blows INTO the room, stains on the sheets, blankets, and pillows, cigarette burn in the chair, and to top it all off…a friggin cockroach in the room. I work in pest control and typically where there’s one roach, there’s more hiding. Wife goes to front desk and surprisingly they give us a different room. Get into second room and there’s stained sheets and bedding, damage on the walls, and over 1 1/2 inch gap at bottom of door so noise and light come in as if the door was open. We stay the night. Wake up in the morning and get informed that the 3rd floor is being evacuated due to the active construction and they would have to move us to a different room, on a different floor. They didn’t and wouldn’t give us a new room that morning as they had lacked the foresight to communicate between shifts, communicate to customers renting rooms, and/or communicate to manager (who for 4 days while we were there was nowhere to be seen). We packed our stuff out of the room and loaded up and went about our day. Later that afternoon, we miss a call from front desk. My wife returns the call later that evening and front desk clerk (different shift now) asks us if we have checked out already. My wife, confused by that question, tells him no and explains the situation to front desk clerk over the phone. During the call, he hangs up on her. We call back later and they’ve finally (after midnight) got us into a new room. We get in and find damage to walls, stains on bedding, etc. Notice a trend yet? Wake up early the next morning and find a “receipt” slid under our door (this room had another 1 1/2 inch gap under it. They had “reduced” the price for the room because instead of two queen beds, like we reserved, they gave us a room with two full beds. We get the car loaded up and go, one last time, to the office to try and contact manager. No manager can be found or contacted. We drive all the way back home to Oregon. Try calling a couple times today to contact manager about all of this, no manager available. This hotel and staff is an absolute joke. From what I was told by my family who we were visiting it sounds like it’s a step up, barely, from what it used to be, but it is still garbage. Whatever you do, do not ever stay here. From staff’s lack of communication, absence of manager on duty, constant construction (7 days a week, started at 7am each day), bums sleeping in the grass on the property, and freeway noise…it’s not even worth staying, even if it was free."
