Ruins of 1861 Los Angeles County Courthouse

Hellman Building

The building is home to various businesses, including Kazunori Sushi, Big Man Bakes, a salon, and a deli/market. The Hellman Annex, constructed in 1914 and located at 410 S. Spring Street, is the final addition to the Hellman Building. This Beaux-Arts style structure features white terra cotta façade and elaborate architectural details on the upper floors. Live-work loft units occupy the upper floors, while the ground floor is designated for a full-service restaurant.

Old Reche Schoolhouse
