"What an unnecessary situation. Happy Thanksgiving. I understand the frustration of having to work today and multitasking at the same time. But there is no need to escalate a simple misunderstanding. The two starts were for the good pastries. I was ordering and the male cashier started doing other things at the same time, he served the items in a bag that I did not order and said that I did. The female attendant backs him on that. But I was not alone, it was my mother, my nephew, and I. We started looking at each other in disbelief. Not enough, while serving us the drinks the male attendant slammed the cups on the counter to the point of spilling the drink out."
