Starbucks

"Love the location, I usually go to the Starbucks on lighthouse Ave but missed my turn this morning, so I decided to stop here. I usually go inside to order on lighthouse, I did the same here. The big difference in location is this one primarily focuses on getting the drive thru line moving, we had to get comfortable in the lobby. There was a pick up order that was not ready, making the individual late for work. It was ordered ahead...I had already paid for it. I asked for my drink after waiting 10 minutes, I finally got it but it was extremely watered down. I unserstand a monday morning or at least a day during the week, but on a sunday? Not cool. Though a bigger and nicer location, the service and product at the lighthouse location is definitely a lot better than at this one."

"I have visited this location often over the year while on business. They are normally a bit busy in the morning which is understandable based off their location. However, my experience today was less than stellar. I ordered pick up like usual with an anticipated pickup of about 10 minutes. I got there and they were very busy. Many people were waiting and the staff was completing orders. They would just toss the drink at the pickup designation spot and not call out names. People were rushing up to check every drink that looked like it could be their drink. Again, they're busy so I let that go. I waited for a half an hour before I had to ask them for my drink. My drink had been sitting on the counter behind the pickup area for who knows how long. They didn't even bother to put it in the pickup area where I would have looked if they placed it there. My sandwich was cold (again busy it was sitting without me knowing it was ready) and my drink was made incorrectly. However, being as that I had already waited a half hour and needed to be to work in 10 minutes I was unable to have it fixed. I know they can get overwhelmed but communicate with your customers who are waiting. Food service is a tough job and I commend those who come to work with a smile on their face ready to greet their customers."

"I have been coming to this Starbucks often within the past month or so because it's within walking distance of my apartment. The service and product fluctuate constantly. Sometimes they are friendly, helpful, quick, and get the order right. The past few times however have been enough where I'm writing this review. I was given the wrong flavor entirely in one drink after being the first one there at 5am and waiting almost 20 mins for one iced latte while drive thru was prioritized and my order was neglected. I was given the wrong type of milk (regular instead of oatmilk) twice in a row the last two times, so I had to wait about half an hour for my iced latte to be correctly made this time. The staff is cold with me most of the time, yet some are very good at what they do. The girl who remade my apple crisp latte today was very apologetic and kind about it at least. Im very on the fence about this starbucks, and expect inconsistency if you decide to go to this particular location. The apple crisp latte was delicious, but the service needs work here."
