"I like to support vegan restaurants often. Even though this one is omnivore it had some nice vegan options. I ordered the avocado toast that came with a lovely salad. I also ordered a chai with oat milk. The food and service was excellent. Very friendly and good vibes. Nice atmosphere!"

"This was an amazing experience! Very friendly staff and a great spot for those of us can not eat meat anymore! We got avocado toast and vegan chorizo scramble. Absolutely delicious! From the drinks to the food. The chef walking around and providing the whole experience. We will absolutely go back on our next trip to monterrey!! Thank you the wild plum!!"

"Having recently just discovered this place (in my new town), I must say I just adore this place. It has everything I’ve been looking for - charming and serene ambiance;,organic healthy delicious (local) food with a wide variety of choices - with meat and meatless; excellent coffee and house made pastries. Service is excellent too - and a great location. Delightful owner. Great community feel. Lunch menu is equally as wonderful as the extensive breakfast menu."

"What a hidden gem! This bakery and coffee shop provided fresh product with a welcoming atmosphere. Super mom and pop vibes but with loads of character and charm. The coffee was warm and soothing along with an apple bake - no better start to the day. I caved and also got the parfait which was equally as good. Whether you’re sitting down or taking it to go, this place doesn’t miss!"

"Talk about pride of ownership. This cozy restaurant bakes it’s delicious bread and pastries on daily basis which are must tries. The menu offers a great selection of breakfast options. Loved their coffee. Friendly service and would highly recommend you to visit on your next trip to Monterey. Love seeing restaurant owners implementing their wonderful business ideas and creativity in their business, no matter the size or location. We will definitely revisit this wonderful restaurant again.
