"This office has been a nightmare for my son with complicated chronic disease. Every call to them drops, they have not done appropriate blood work and the referral to Gi that needed to be urgent (child out of school for now over 2 months) severe nausea, vomiting, weight loss, and the referral came saying only nausea and no complications with his chronic disease. They lost all 3 home hospital forms, and recently after calling the nurse line and being told to get him in there same day by choc nurse, they refused to schedule him for the next day stating he had already been seen for this by another doctor there who was out until after the new year. It has been infuriating the lack of care. Complete medical negligence."

"Uneducated and unprofessional. My complaints are in regard to the office staff and nurse hotline, not the doctors. My son is on the cusp of 3 years old and this office has messed up nearly EVERY single appointment we have had his entire life. Anything from something is minor such as a scheduling issue, or something as serious as recommending my son dangerous meds do to not being suitable for his age that made him ill. They have put my son at risk multiple times. I’ve even been in the lobby waiting for an appointment and overheard another parent yelling at their office staff for messing up something serious. Shame on you guys for putting these kids at risk. Shame on management for not only hiring careless people, but just being absolute idiots incapable of properly training their staff with very important medical knowledge."

"Dr. Tillis was great, but I have been on time to my appointments and have never gotten out before an 1hr 45 min. They are closed and do not answer phones during the lunch hour. Weigh station and height for infants is taken in the lobby, so I seem to regularly be sitting with an undressed baby in a common area for over 30 min. I don’t see a separation for sick and well kids. And my last straw was that they ran out of a vaccine, and when I requested to come back to get all the scheduled shots at once ( because I didn’t want to prolong the crankiness of my baby) their response (paraphrased) was that the other vaccine had already been pulled and it was paperwork to trash it now. I acquiesced and am now angry with myself as well as their practice."

"I been with Pomona Pediatrics from many years and it is unfortunate I need to part ways as I was really trying my best to hang on. Quality of the Doctors is the best! and staff are great. However the main reason is you will never be able to get a hold of a live person on their end, it will take hours for someone to return your call. This applies to appointments which is the worse, you'll have approx. up to (30) people on queue before you, and you will have the option to leave your number which takes 2 hours for them to return your call (note: if you miss their call you'll start all over again). You also have other options to select as referrals, speak with the nurse every selection you make leads you to leave a voice message. How does Pomona Pediatrics operate? when every option leads you to a recording which takes numerous of hours in response time. There is no urgency and management has neglected to provide medical attention to parents when in need of it. My Diagnostic Medical Office who perform an x-ray on my daughter called me to try to get a hold of the medical as they have no luck with providing them with the results. Now it's my role and I need to play the middle person between the X-ray Medical Office and Pomona Pediatrics to have them return their call. This is my reason for the 1 star otherwise I would have given them 4-5 stars."

"Dr. Warren is awesome. He is very sweet, great with kids, and knowledgeable. I love the on-call doctor service that is available during non-working hours. If my kids are sick, I can always get an appointment right away to be seen. I have always had a pleasant experience and they always take good care of my kids. Love this doctors office."
