"Scheduled an appt as I was referred here by Kaiser, got there, they had me sit there for 25 min only to tell me they couldn't see me because they needed an hour for the appt and they no longer had time.... I was literally the only human waiting besides a couple who walked in after me. They had just returned from lunch. What are they doing that they make people wait 25 min after their scheduled appointment only to tell them they don't have time! LMAO! All I heard was we don't want to make money today. I was offered an appt "as soon as" 1/16 from today 12/27.... Called Kaiser, told them the issue, reported this clinic to member service so they hopefully no longer issue referrals here, and was scheduled in house sooner than these people had available, yes kaiser is impacted but not enough to make me come back here and have my valuable time wasted again. I also still have the appt reminder texts so please don't play this we don't know you you're not a patient response, damn right I'm not. I hope more people will turn elsewhere so no one has to go thru this disrespect again."

"On December 15, I had my yearly mammogram it was done at Alinea Medical imaging. This is very important for women to do because it can catch any issues early. The receptionist was polite, retrieved all my information quickly. I was actually seen about 10 minutes before my visit, which was great. The mammogram technologist was named Patricia, She made me feel comfortable and explained each step that she was doing. If you are hesitant to have a mammogram, I would recommend going to Alinea Medical imaging. I definitely felt comfortable because of the service that I received."

"I was late 20 min due to unforeseen traffic & the tech would not see me. Another patient didn't show up for her appointment & their tech still wouldn't see me in place of that patient that didn't show up. What happens to other women who have breast cancer?! They wouldn't know because their tech would not see a patient past 15 min their appointed time. Ridiculous! Kaiser needs to stop using them as a 3rd party. They're no help at all to Kaiser members. I would put 0 star if I could. Very unsatisfied by this place & their tech who only cares about clocking out early instead of helping patients get checked & diagnosed for breast cancer. Not very helpful."
