"Joel, in the medical records department, went above and beyond to help me today. Long story short, Joel made sure my pulmonary doctor has my CT report for my appointment tomorrow. When I called, he found the report was not yet finalized and he did some detective work to get it completed and faxed to my doctor within an hour of my call. He was polite, professional and made me feel like I mattered. I am glad he answered the phone when I called today."
"Horrible service. Waited over an hour, watched everyone get called back that came in after me. Finally asked what was wrong and they said they had to get additional paperwok? I asked for the paperwork. They gave me what I brought in. I had another appointment so I had to leave. Not a single apology or any effort to inform me of the delay. Truly a horrible location. Trian your staff on BASIC customer service."
"What a wonderful place! For an imaging health facility, I expected something plain and not so personal. However, the ambience and care here is amazing. They make their patients feel warm and comfortable. Staff are great, very efficient. Denise, one of the technician, is kind, gentle and has excellent customer service. She decorated the imaging room to make patients feel more at home. They even have a beautiful breast cancer awareness tree of life in the hallway! Thank you for creating such a comfortable and happy l environment for your patients!"
"I’ve been coming to this medical establishment for a couple years now, and have never had a problem. The staff and medical technicians are courteous and friendly. My ultrasound technician Selena was awesome ,very professional. Believe me I know when I’ve had a ultrasound that was done correctly. I have had so many .Selena was very thorough and also Joel was quick to retrieve my medical records and give me my CD. of ultrasound. Staff stated I should have final results from radiology of said ultrasound in a few days. The only problem I could see is when it’s crowded. There is no parking .They have to work on the parking situation. The handicap stalls are at the front entrance."
