"Imagine my surprise, receiving an email hours before my appointment with a disclaimer that this facility only provides device to Leisure World residents. Apparently this is stated on the LabCorp website but I can’t find any evidence of that. This also wasn’t included in the many phone calls, text messages, and other emails I received about my appointment. Now I get to scramble to try and find availability at another LabCorp facility because there aren’t very many and they have difficult it hours to begin with. Corporate healthcare greed at its finest."

"Only open to Leisure World residents - private property!!! Do not make an appointment here!!! Got stuck at a giant gate and was super confused. This needs to be stated on the website or they shouldn’t accept appointments. If you go here the community front gate attendant will give you a piece of paper and send you to another location."

"Apparently this is a location that is only accessible to leisure world residents only which is not noted when you make the appointment. They have flyers printed up for the guard to give to patients because this clearly is a very common problem. Labcorp needs to remove the appointments for this location because if they are making this location only for residents then they need to vet who is able to make appointments. Had an appointment and now I can't get lab work done because they allowed me to make an appointment that I can't attend."
