"So they want you to fill out the paperwork in your car. Then someone calls you to go over your paperwork. Then you wait for a link from the doctor to do a telemed visit. Then they decide if you will be seen. They quoted me 90 minutes. Wow, they could hire an extra Dr and get rid of all that other stuff. I went to Nair urgent care. I could wait inside and they saw me in 30 minutes."

"I took my daughter there and she was told to wait in the car. They were not busy and when the Dr. Finally came out he had her sit on the bench outside. During this there was a man sitting in his truck with the engine running in earshot of this. No privacy. He looked in her ears and throat. No vitals were taken. He prescribed Norco for herself severe headache. That was it. The next day she was worse so I took her to an ER. She ended up having viral meningitis. She has now been in the hospital for a week. Not happy with this urgent care."

"I walked in at noon on a Saturday for emergency med refill and had a very pleasant experience. Front desk receptionist was nice and the physician assistant who saw me was friendly and funny. I normally don’t write reviews for provider offices but my experience with the Optum staff was too good not to!"

"Nurse Practitioner Laura McEwan is a gifted healer. Her medical and interpersonal skills are remarkable and a visit with her is a throwback to the days when physicians had the time to truly get to know their patients. She has gone out of her way to help me, especially when a complicated system seemed impenetrable as I moved toward surgery. i have never had such a wonderful practitioner. She deserves more than 5 stars."
