"Absolutely incredible experience with MedEx on two occasions. First my mother went to see them and they were quick to see her and extremely thorough in their diagnosis and treatment. Then I brought my daughter in to see them and again they were wonderful. They got us in immediately and we had no wait. The front staff and nurses are great and we worked with Dr. Saing who really treats you like family. He was patient and so kind and caring with my daughter. He helped make sure we got an appropriate medication for her that she could take and was so helpful in addressing our needs and concerns. I’m so glad to know we have them nearby. As much as I hope nobody gets sick, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again should the need arise and I would definitely recommend them. 5⭐️"
"Used this clinic for a TB test for my employer and Denise greeted me. No wait, excellent service, and a helpful staff. Followed up for the reading and again was able to walk right in. Clinic is convenient and seems well run. I met the Physician on the 2nd visit and he was friendly and spent some time with me going over the clinic. Being so close to Leisure World is a big benefit also."
"I've used this urgent care quite a few times now and have had such a great experience every time! The work up tech/front desk girl is the friendliest and each provider I've seen have been personable and accurate in their diagnosis and solved my problems. I wanted to write a review this time because the last time I came in, I could tell they were closing up and i didn't realize I had come in after they were closed, but the provider there still ended up taking me and added me on to the schedule to see me. I was so appreciative and it's a great example of healthcare providers going above and beyond for their patients which I feel is more rare these days. So glad this place is right across the street from where I live! Keep up the good work!"
