"Made an appointment at the Minute Clinic because it was the only place in the area that had typhoid vaccines. I needed a bunch of generic vaccines, plus a typhoid vaccine. Made the appointment under "travel vaccines," which was my mistake, but the nurse there said that *NONE* of the vaccines I needed would be covered under my insurance, including hepatitis, HPV or COVID-19...and that I'd have to pay a whopping $150 for a *COVID* vaccine. She insisted that my insurance would not cover the vaccines at all. I left and realized, wait a second... all but one of the shots I'm asking for aren't travel vaccines, they're generic vaccines. I went into a different CVS the next day and got five of the vaccines—that she insisted I'd have to pay out-of-pocket for—completely covered under my insurance, no copay. I'm sorry to be harsh but you shouldn't be dealing with anything insurance-related if you lack critical thinking skills."

"Holy F...this place. I came here with some really personal issues and they attacked me for asking simple questions about why my insurance wasn’t accepted. The nurse seemed incredibly flustered that I even asked. She kept saying “didn’t they get that information when you walked in to check in??!!” And I said yes, but I was in shock as to what to do.. Apparently they didn’t accept my insurance when it clearly states on my insurances page that they accept it as they are partners with Minute Clinic. The only nice person was the woman working in the front. Everyone else here didn’t seem to give two F’s about my problem and made me very uncomfortable the whole time. Highly recommend not coming here. Like at all or ever. These people need to get some better bedside manner."

"Went to this place for a quick prescription. Before anything else was done, they insisted on the $15 co-pay. Content with service. 2 months later, received a bill for $15 co-pay. Called and placed on hold for over 50 minutes before telling me I had to pay, again. After explaining, they still wanted another $15 and didn't want to here anymore. After contacting them twice with unusually long on hold times, I decided to pay."

"I had to get last second immunization shots. I walked in at 10 am and was immediately processed by the clinician Terry. She was really friendly and happy to give me the 5 vaccines (which she said was the most she’d given in a single sitting). I was out in one hour. Granted, if there’d been other people when I was being taken care of they would have waited awhile so that’s good to keep in mind. All told, one of the best experiences going to a clinic/doctor’s office I’ve had."
