Mission Peaks II Apartments

"1 star for maintenance. They always resolved my issues quickly. The second star is for the location of this complex, quiet neighborhood close to everything. The property management here is useless. They sit on site but you can only call them. If they simply walked the property every once in awhile they would see what a dump this place is. It's over run with stray cats, there is poop everywhere, and trash all over. They'll only do something if you raise it to them which is just lazy. Also, forget about getting your security deposit back. This property tried to charge me a cleaning fee when I left the place cleaner than I got it. I repeatedly asked for justification and thank goodness because I got it almost completely waived as they couldn't provide one valid reason. Also carpet and paint are always going to be charged so expect to see cents back from your deposit. Save vour monev and rent elsewhere."

"Car breakins, car theft, old buildings, old appliances/interior, rust, cracks, leaks, flood, broken, bugs/flies inside and outside, loose electrical outlets, maintenance just fix partial. Not worth your money. Lease and manager team are unfriendly and unprofessional. They refuse replacing the appliances, renovating my unit. Moving out. One star for the location."

"Their office is all closed up. It is 100% of the time locked. There is no human interaction. I gave this feedback over their messaging system and the reply was - "office is not open to public". i had my mailbox key not working and i had many back and forth to get that fixed. originally i had lemonade insurance , they would not accept that and they would charge me fees and i had back and forth via message and email and i had to finally cave in and get an insurance of their choice. Even then they would charge me monthly insurance even after i switched to Assurant (one they would accept). So far disappointing. I wish they valued customer. it feels like "tenants are tied with contract, now we can do anything we like". their gym equipment broke down and i communicated to the staff passing by to go to bathroom and she was very rude. She acted as if - she was doing a favor to me. :("

"I would give zero stars if possible. It is a horrible community. The first day we moved in our bike got stolen. There are cats everywhere in the community and our new car got scratches from these cats. The maintenance is horrible and there is no leasing center and it is difficult to reach them as well. The communication from the leasing is very bad and always some or the other construction work is going on. There is no peace in the community."

"The maintenance is very poor. The office staff will not allow you into the office and everything is by phone call. There’s a lack of over site and care on the property. Staff comes and goes. This fridge has been left in this hallway for over 3 weeks. A total of 5 reports to the office regarding this issue, and here it continues to sit."
