"Extremely poor costumer service, Ravi (front desk) was extremely rude. Booked the Fremont location by mistake and immediately called them to ask if I could cancel or transfer my reservation to another days inn at the location of my destination and front desk told me almost like screaming at me on the phone that he would not do that and that I lost my money. So yea I’ve had better experience at days inn in the past but after this one I WOULD NEVER go back to days inn, and definitely not to that location."

"I cannot believe I once stood at this hotel. My hotel experience here was HORRIBLE! Upon arriving at the hotel without checking in, I saw some person complaining to the person working at the front desk for having used towels instead of clean ones. I didn't even check in yet and this is what I experienced. After checking in to my hotel room I smelled something odd and immediately noticed a stain on the wall. I then went to investigate the room further. When I opened the Minifridge there was some strange orange liquid in there. I almost threw up at that site. When I went into the bathroom almost everything was rusted and there were stains on the white walls. When I checked the closet I saw the steam board had a big brown stain on it which I hoped was not feces. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE."

"Asked and received late checkout. Then another guy wakes me up an hour early by calling and says I have to checkout earlier. The room was fine. Good bed. Good TV. Price was affordable. The water stopper in the tub is welded in open position so the tub cannot be filled. Water pressure on third floor is noticably weak."
