"Just visiting and I would never live here for the price. $1900 for 1 bedroom. The place looks rundown. It has old cabinets the walls are not painted properly they're not primed they look matted and easily Stained. The place is not insulated at all during the winter time it's freezing cold during the summer time it can get up to 100° in your place and that's with the fan going. You're looking at about $200 a month for utility use during the summer. The condensation is so bad that it drips off the sliding glass door and windows causing mold and mildew which all they do is come wipe it down or tell you to clean it and just paint over instead of trying to figure out the cause of it if it's something inside the wall. The dryer vents are never cleaned out it blows out into the parking area and it is just a big build-up on the wall of Lent or whatever looks like a straight fire hazard. As much as they charge you would think that the place would be up to par with updated fixtures"
"Great apartment, great neighborhood. However, I didn't appreciate that they swapped out all of the washing machines. The signs posted did not mention that the service used for the laundry would change as well, which would've been helpful before I had loaded the service with money for laundry. Better resident communication would be appreciated."
"I used to live here for 5 years, so I know what I'm kind of talking about This place used to be great, good and nice neighbors with good staff, until, the newer ones came in and it immediately when downhill. Like, really downhill. I hope to see them improve since this used to be special to me but other than that, you guys can do better"
"Please don’t choose this place to lease.I recently moved here,before signing the lease she just informed us that there is no laundry facility ..after we moved we realized that there is no microwave,no AC,no Dishwasher....the next day we went to leasing office to file a complaint but the lady over there is so rude and she refused to give appointment with the higher authority....she don’t want listen the tenants issues too....Its better for these guys to remove her out of leasing office because she is there only to make them to loose the business...because i don’t refer anyone to choose this community"
"This place is so quite and peaceful. Rent is not too expensive , budget friendly apartments when compared to all .The only problem is with parking. But you can curb park on Central avenue."
