"I've had a wonderful experience living at the Vue Fremont most of the staff or friendly and helpful but Management needs some improvement and how they handle their tenants."
"Maintenance is always a 5 star, they are quick to do what you need, office is always quick to respond as well, it is nice to be in a place that actually cares for their tenants well being."
"I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency from the complex. I am upset that the complex has taken my application fee without providing any information or updates about my application. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend anyone to apply for an apartment at this complex. They told me that if I want to move in with my application, I need to pay the money twice. Otherwise, they will take the money I paid for now and stop my application. I have disputed the money I paid for this apartment. Please do not choose this apartment. They will only make your rental search process that much worse. I hope that the management of Vue takes this review seriously and makes changes to their application process to ensure that future applicants do not experience the same frustration and disappointment that I have."
"Vue is a good community overall. Leasing officer Gurmukh and property manager Alexandra are very helpful. Derek, in particular is very responsive to very maintenance call and helping new movers in settling down."
"We lived at Vue Fremont for 8 years and found the staff very responsive. They have a courteous prompt and excellent maintenance person, Derrick, who was so professional whether it be for a lightbulb or water issue. The only reason we moved was because we needed more space. Their finishes in the apartments were good quality and I had no complaints . If they ever built 3 bedroom apartments I would move back in a heartbeat ."
