"Elena was AMAZING as usual. Elena did an awesome job. This time there was something that bothered me deeply that had nothing to do with Elena. We drive 2 hours from Santa Cruz SPECIFICALLY for Elena. Elena has been grooming my babies since they were puppies. My problem with this visit was another groomer. Sam, I think her name is . She glared at me, was not friendly and I never once saw her work. She made me VERY uncomfortable to the point where I dont trust her being there with my babies and I dont want to be there when she is. She is not friendly at all and just glares and gives dirty looks to everyone. Why would Petco even have someone like that ? Not good for business at all and not at all on par with everyone else in the store. Because of Sam, I am SERIOUSLY considering a change."
