"This travelodge is owned by extremely rude people, hotels are for a good rest,can't have food dropped off, can't sit in your car and smoke you a cigarette, of picked up or dropped off, if your car getting fixed in my case just rude and don't explain or tell you need information on 2nd person with you"

"This is the worst hotel ever! I paid through a third party for my room, when i went to check in they asked for a credit card to have on file, they didn’t accept that bank, said to call customer service for a refund, they didn’t give them the authorization to refund my money back! Such scammers! Rude front desk people also."
"Be aware!! The staff was extremely rude! & crooks! We had booked 2 nights & paid for 2 nights & we called to let them know we were arriving later than we thought & they gave us a hard time & the runaround saying they are closed they refused to let us stay & when we requested a refund they told us to deal with the third party or whatever, we called the third party and had them on the line yet they didn’t want to talk to them to settle a refund & instead argued with us & told us to leave even tho it was paid for, such crooks!"
