"I been coming here quite often to visit family and friends in Los Banos. I’m not planning to look for a different hotel as this place is always clean, comfy, and has everything you need in the room. From coffee machine, fridge, microwave, and an always efficient heater/AC unit. Room is always stocked with clean towels and liquid shampoo , body wash you name it. Location is conveniently close to restaurants, stores and gas stations so you don’t have to go far from the hotel. Manager and staff is friendly, professional and are very respectful. Highly recommend"

"The new manager Nick here is a much needed improvement from the other one. The motel is clean, nice hot water not a lot of outside foot traffic at night either way affordable.. the manager was extremely welcoming and eager to accommodate my early check in. I would recommend this motel as one of the best cheaper options in the area."
"This motel has B BUGS. People are getting bit by B BUGS and management is not doing anything about it!!! The more you will find things wrong, damaged, or grungy. Towels are rough and feel like sandpaper. I was pay cash and Room deposit to ask for my money back they said no refund for any reason."
"Worst customer service. Online says $60-70 and the man at the counter says that he is charging 100+ for ONE bed and got rude when I tried to show him his websites price. He told me good luck trying to book online so I went somewhere else..."
