"Got an oil change and they spilled used oil all under the hood. They didn’t bother to clean it up or mention it. When we noticed and said something, they said they can’t do anything and to let it burn off. Clearly they have no knowledge of automotive as this can cause the belt and hose damage or even catch fire. Also the smell of oil is strong in my vehicle. Don’t trust this place with your vehicle."

"I shop at this store frequently. Was recently at the store when I was unintentionally bumped by a customer. I ended up against the island of Modelo beer cases. In that moment the hook holding the price display ( which was waiste low ) got caught up on my sweater ripping a hole. I’m not good with addressing issues. My mother decided to address the matter. She was the one who purchased the sweater as a gift to me from another store. Long story short. After getting nowhere with being reimbursed cash ( $25 ) and only offered a gift card or in-store sweater, my mother unwillingly took a gift card. Walmart is generating millions daily. This store which is the only store of its kind within 15-20 mile radius gets plenty of business. There’s no reason why small incidents like this cant be paid out in cash. I’m now stuck with a damaged sweater. To be very honest. If it wasn’t for the long drive, I would go elsewhere to shop."

"The options and shelves were scarce. Wth Walmart?!! Out of every other item I needed and I had a list of 20 + items. Fortunately, a young female worker in the aisle with those blue drawer carts was helpful in looking up an item for me on her phone."

"I knew it was no use to leave this review because I had the feeling the manager wouldn't care what's going on, and after seeing some negative reviews: Presto...I shouldn't be surprised. Today, I politely asked a young ϞiջջΞ┌ girl where could I find the "sport" sunglasses and sarcastically tells me maybe I should ask the sporting goods personnel when she knew there was not a single employee at said department. She should've been kind enough to call someone. I had to find someone else close by, then there was a Hispanic woman (at the auto accessories aisles) with the same demeanor and lack of professionalism. Well done, walmart los banos. California mentality as usual"
