"The people who work in the ambulances were good. Polite and nice. However, cost was outrageous. I only had an IV in the car on the way to the hospital. And some monitoring of blood pressure and oxygen, but the charge was 5500 bucks. I wonder if the company pay well their workers as the company must be making so much..."
"911 was called Sunday morning to my home I had cracked my head open and it was gushing blood so fire and Ambo showed up. Fire was the quick and ambo right after. AMR paramedics were Estella and Nate and they were great. Very through and bedside manners were especially caring. Great Job goes out to Estella and Nate may have been bus 23??? Thank Y’all"

"Response time was excellent. Technicians were great. My issue is with billing. They billed my vacation home address where I do not receive mail. They had used my ID which has my home address. Within 3 weeks I am getting calls from collection asking for payment of a bill I have not received. Funny thing to me is that collection had no problem finding me. Billing was that lazy!"
"These guys made our day today! My son had a reaction to something as we were driving home. He had hives all over. The two gentlemen who helped us were poised and very professional in their approach. Thanks for all your help to friends from Monterey County local 86... friend from Vallejo and partner. Sorry I didn’t catch names, my head was somewhere else."
