I had recommended some things I wanted to have done, but they actually talked me out of procedures that would have been more costly for me since they were unnecessary. Customer service was good and I definitely appreciated Frank (the owner) patiently taking the time to explain the procedure. At the end of the day, however, they wanted to charge me $150 to replace the air cabin filter, windshield wipers, and a tail light. I declined the service because I found it to be rather expensive and took it elsewhere."
