"Craig Ogden Detailed Custom Carpentry. He installed custom cabinets and doors within the time frame allowed. His quality control and craftsmanship is outstanding. The installation of the doors were particularly challenging because the door frames are in an old multistory building, and many of the doorframes were twisted. Greg compensated for the twisted frames by adjusting the contact points. Now the doors stay open and do not move once they are opened. I highly recommend him."

We had a really old configuration, and he worked with what we had, and was very fast. We called every cabinet places who wanted 4 times what Craig charged us, and he was the only one that would work with what we wanted. Craig is our new go to guy for cabinets! "I hired Craig Ogden to use his CNC to cut a sign from a wood blank which supplied him. After one month (September 1 to September 30) and excuse after excuse he finally delivered. Turned out he doesn’t know how to use the cnc machine. He has to hire somebody to do the programming. Craig re-size the sign so it was 6 inches smaller that what was specified without consulting with me. I then stupidly provided him with yet another wood blank, and again after weeks I finally received the work (November 9) the sign had several errors. Most notably the lead letter in my sign was chipped. When I asked on next steps in repair it he told me to “ Bondo it. I'm done. You Bondo it.”"

"I have a home in Carpinteria nearby the beach, and Craig was on time each day coming from Goleta. He did a great job installing new kitchen cabinet doors and drawers, and he installed a very nice Corian countertop. He went above and beyond and made sure I got a new garbage disposal, and to my surprise the sink was also made of Corian. He even made a cutting board out of left over Corian material. I had one that I had been using for over twelve years, and it was as good as when I got it then. The counters were cut perfectly to size by Craig at his workshop in Goleta, and he installed extra braces to the counters to support the weight. I'm very pleased with the kitchen upgrade as I had Corian in my kitchen in my 5200 sq. ft. investment model home in Monument, Colorado back in 2010. I would recommend Craig for home remodeling, business signs, new homes, and apt contractors. He is reliable, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. In all honestly, especially after my being in the graphics arts field, and an Independent Publisher for over twenty years, after working with Craig I have my doubts about the negative review left by the business owner regarding the sign issue. One of the first lessons I learned as a Publisher is you will always get negative feedback before you get positive feedback because people just aren't that willing to take the time to leave a positive review, even after receiving great service or reading a great article. Negative people are more than willing to leave a review. I was told not to take this as a bad sign, yet, a good one because it proves people are using your business. For every bad review their are hundreds to thousands or so happy customers who just don't have the time to leave a good one (depending on the type of business volume).
