Customer service was absolutely horrible and I did nothing to deserve such hostility when all I was requesting was more information regarding the product. I called back after he placed me on hold for 8min as he got his supervisor or manager until finally he just hung up. I called right back when there was an answer then the phone line hung up again in my face. I'm sure the company does great serving the community however, Steven IS NOT the best option as to who should represent the company."
