The Edge Apartments Milpitas

"My boyfriend and I just moved into the Edge apartments. Jomel (JV) made our leasing process so easy. He provided us with all the information that we needed. Whenever we would call or email, he was and still is very responsive. Crystal was able to help us as well. I can honestly say that the staff here are very friendly. As for the apartment itself, it has been a great experience. Considering we are in a busy location, it’s pretty quite inside of the actual unit. The vibe of the unit gives a very homie feeling. Overall very nice place and very friendly staff."

"Situated in the heart of Milpitas next to 680, 880, 237 ‘The Edge’ is one of the Modern Apartment complexes with every convenience and modern amenities second to none. We been living here for a while and find it amazing to be here with friendly management especially Elena the Property Manager. She is very efficient, humble, and approachable always."

"Stefan and Elina from the leasing office has been extremely great to us. He’s always made himself available to answer any questions and I consider him to be a great asset to the property. Both of them made my move in very convenient. They understand our needs and are always ready to help and provide the best solution. Thanks again both of you. If I have option to provide more than five stars I would surely have given. Apartment is located near to Bart Station. Further property is well maintained."

"Modern apartment complex in Milpitas. 680, 880, 234 .. all in a half mile radius. Apartment has tons of amenities. I left the previous apartment because of the staff in the office. They gave a good team here. Elena and her team is very accessible, open to feedback, also working on the feedback. I suggested a specific workout equipment which they were able to procure. Property is pretty well maintained and cleaned regularly, including game room, community room, hallways, parking structure. Support ticket also gets addressed pretty quickly and rent payment portal is easy to use as well."

"The Edge has been a very lovely place to live. The Leasing Office has one of the best team of associates I've met. Shout-out to Elena and Cristal, who have helped me with every query, issue and request that I've had and have been very professional, nice and pleasant to work with. The location is very convenient, with BART, Light Rail and VTA right across the street, Great Mall next door and Target and Trader Joe's within walkable distance. One thing to be mindful of is that the Union Pacific railroad track behind the building sees occasional trains that sound horns that could be disturbing and annoying to some."
