"AVOID!! Between the roaches, mold, nothing working, homeless, and making themselves completely unreachable the location is not worth the stress. You’ll pay 2400 for a 1 bedroom and have no amenities. The pool is rusted and the entire area isn’t kept up. Washers won’t turn on or will destroy your clothes. The elevator has been broken for months. You ride in pitch black and it won’t take you to the top floor which is incredibly inconvenient when you have a baby in a stroller and a dog who can’t walk up the stairs. The halls are infested with fleas and roaches. The balconies are unleveled and falling apart from underneath. They will also say there is a sign on bonus but then charge you the discounted deposit plus a full deposit plus rent at move in. There is no actual deal you will actual end up paying more and then they will completely disappear while adding charges to your account with no explanation. Please avoid and save yourself the stress."
"STAY AWAY FROM FPI MANAGEMENT. The building is in a great area close to the beach and most of the neighbors are great, but the property manager is a nightmare to work with. Since FPI took over the building, the building and grounds have become filthy. Not to mention they have let the property become overrun with the homeless. The homeless often sit by the stairwells and break into the laundry rooms. Recently they even broke into my car. FPI does nothing about it. There is a leasing office, but no one is every there. There are also mold and cockroach issues. Residents have sued due to the mold issues. At one point I had to spend two months in a hotel as they "remediated for mold"."
"I had Stayed here for a few months and had roaches so bad to where I couldn’t eat in at home. After a couple months I was coughing and couldn’t breathe and had found mold through being covered but being patched up.. “WORST APARTMENTS”"
"Roach and mold infested apartments. Rude and slow maintenance and management service. If you want to get sick, ruin your clothes, and cause your animals to get mold related illness, move in here. There are mold trucks out front every single day."
"Great location. Unfortunately the parent company and local property manager are unprofessional. They nickel and dime residents. The list amenities that are NOT included. They are NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE. Roaches and mice through out property AND they charge $3,000 a month!!!!"
