"Monica is by far one of the best property managers my family and I have ever experienced being long term residents under interfaith housing. The level of professionalism and knowledge that she provides when it comes to handling my inquiry as a tenant is makes me feel at ease. I want Matt and his team to know they have a great asset to this complex. When I first moved here, I notice changes that have been slowly but surely improving. Thank you for being a landlord that tenants can come to with comfort knowing they will not be misguided."

"I wouldn't normally leave a review because I believe in grace. We all need so much of it. But it would be remiss for me to not let others know, who are looking for a place to call home, what they could be in for. I too thought wow, what a God send that this Interfaith organization is doing things like this to help their community. Although I'm sure that is the case, I was left completely speechless at the handling of my application, and the process with Lillian place. After applying and doing everything they asked of me including contacting creditors, paying debt, providing everything they asked, all fine, this is the process for everyone without perfect credit. What really got me was that every time I provided what they asked for, they asked for more until after 2 months, yes 2 months, they declined to offer me the apartment but said I could be on the waitlist. I have section 8, so time is very important when seeking a place and they wasted so much of mine acting as though I was a shoe in if I just did.........I had a hard time understanding through this very long process why it didn't seem that Monica cared much about my application? The lack of communication and inability to explain the process or just be up front from the start with their expectations was the worst I've ever seen. 20 pointless emails with everything but my blood, and Needless to say, they don't seem to care much about people. Not getting a place because I don't meet requirements, that's fine, but this was something out of a Sci Fi movie that you don't ever want to see. I promise. I'm thankful that God closed this door and opened a much better one for a home for my family with a property management company that is professional and cares about people. It's still the most important thing. People! Character matters, Lillian place."

"Apartments full of cockroaches, they do not follow up on fumigations to eliminate the infestation, the kitchen furniture falls apart because it is so old, the air conditioning and fire alarms do not work, maintenance does not do its job to correct them, the The window screens are always broken, they never changed them, many homeless people enter the establishment, they steal clothes and once they tried to enter my apartment, scaring my children who were inside, they stole my tennis shoes that I left outside the door, the new management has people friends whom he gives priority for certain procedures such as apartment changes, he has even been seen leaving some residents' apartments, which leaves many doubts about the types of relationships he has with them. Lastly, they usually delete all negative Google reviews, I would avoid living here at all costs."
