"My only complaint is (and it seems to be consistent so far) that when asking the staff if they have something in stock they tell you it should be under the first letter of the band name. This is insulting to a customer, as there honestly can't be that many idiots coming in the store that cannot understand that on their own. They also have a great selection of movies, New and old. They even have pre-owned movies at a very affordable price. If they don't have something they can order it and they can find stuff you can't get any where else."
