"Went to the store to get the replacement battery I have under the explicit warranty on my Diehard AGM battery. When I put the battery on the counter it did make a loud noise, but it weighs likely between 45-65lbs. After sitting it down Steven, an employee there, says "heavy battery" in a very curt and cavalier manner. He asks what I need to go, to which I state I need a replacement as I am holding receipts for my purchase. They put the battery on the tester, and it reads out 6v which normally for any other AGM or car battery I know means it is completely dead. He states they will need to see if it will take a charge and take a few hours. He then goes on to say because I returned a battery previously it "might not return" in the computer. It became clear he had no intention of trying to actual help, and his lack of customer service skills became apparent to be on purpose. I have since came home to have my smart charger say the battery is dead, and won't take a charge. Aside from this I checked the warranty and it says nothing of only replacing one battery. I am aware it is hard to find decent help, but this was just comical, and the owner or regional manager should be aware of how his staff handle themselves, and treat customers.... Sad..."
