"got a sectional couch that they call the “jamal” was delivered on the day it was supposed to be, obviously it had been used before. i expected it to at LEAST be cleaned before delivery, and it was not but that was okay until, i realized it brought fleas. FLEAS. into our brand new home of which we have NO animals. i’m now ate up by bugs.. i would save your money and look else where."

"Monday 8/28/23 my wife and myself went to Aaron's to get new furniture, we were approved, made our payment, got scheduled for the 31st for delivery, by 5 pm the day of we hadn't heard from them or seen our new furniture, we called them and found out we were denied after we were approved, nobody called us either, we threw out old stuff out waiting on our new stuff, now they only have excuses, not a good idea to deal with Aaron's"

"I started a rental agreement in February 2020, I went in their knowing what I wanted. Called before hand to see if they had the specific laptop I wanted, the lady who I spoke to said yes, I asked would it be the full 80$ That was the monthly payment and she told me about the 5$ gets you started plus taxes. I went to the store, they did not have the one I wanted, so they showed me another one. I asked if they had anymore they said no. So I was like okay I will do this laptop. Almost 40$ more monthly, and the guy was like it’s full payment. but was in a situation that I needed it that day. Fast forward to last month, first time I honestly forgot to pay, mainly because of stuff I was dealing with my health. They never called me or left a voicemail. Instead they decided to reach me by social media when they wasn’t even open. They are very unprofessional and I’m so glad my rental agreement is almost over. I highly recommend rent a center over this place."

"This is a great location! The entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in ensuring the right range of products to fit ones needs and budget. I really like the ability to manage all of my lease agreements online and submit payments as well. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this location. I have leased and paid for a gas stove, washer and dryer combo, and will be paying off my living room furniture shortly. The accounts manager is great to work with if you need an extension or payment over the phone. Highly recommend this place for lease to own. Big selection of merchandise and if they don't have it they will get it for you."
