"Take your donations where they’ll be more appreciated. I walked into their store. No customers in sight. Before I say a single word, black lady at the register turns, annoyingly sees my bags, sighs, flippantly says “put them over there,” while ambiguously gesturing with her hand like I’m a dog. “Here?” I ask. She turns and nods her head with a perplexed look like I’m totally incompetent. I tell her I have one more bag. She doesn’t even turn her gaze from her computer screen to acknowledge my presence. I bring the final bag in. No offer of a receipt. No thank you. No hospitality or customer services of any kind. Just incredibly rude ‘I hate my job’ vibes."
"I don't know why this Goodwill gets overstock from other stores. I thought Goodwill was supposed to be a second-hand store not a dollar tree 2.0. Their housewares section is a joke it's literally a 2 feet long section that is spread out."
