"HORRIBLE AGENCY WHO REFUSES TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. Don't let this agency put you in a horrible situation like they did my family!! They will promise you the world, act like they care, etc but all they care about is making money off of you. Even upper management REFUSES to stand by the promises they made. In the long run I don't even know the amount 0f money they have cost our family. Hopefully we'll be able to recover some of that but the stress and anxiety they've cost us can't really be repaired. Please don't put yourself in the situation we're in. They completely neglected their duties as our agents. They didn't sent our list of repairs to seller, misadvised us on financing, lied to us about what they claimed to have done, etc. I honestly can't even think of it all right now. Any other agency will better than Comey and Shepherd. Even doing everything yourself. I hope I can update these reviews if they end up doing the right thing and helping us like they've promised and their job requires. I plan to do whatever I can to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else and get some type of fair solution for our family"
