"This place was absolutely disgusting! Infestation of bed bugs, smelled moldy, stains on curtains, furniture banged up with dents, marks, and scratches. When we called they asked for proof of the bugs. I had several photos and videos of multiple bugs. The staff was unprofessional and rude!! Trust me, you do not want to stay here!"
"This hotel is absolutely terrible. Staff was too busy on their personal calls to help guests. There was a homeless guy asleep on the couch in the lobby for the entire night. The pool and hot tub were closed. The whirlpool tub that I paid extra for did not work and the room was in poor repair. Coffee table falling apart, tile falling off, and the desk chair did not look safe enough for me to try sitting in. Still trying to get a refund but management and staff are completely unresponsive."
"The room is nice. They advertise swimming pool and hot tub but pool has said temporarily closed for my entire stay. The continental breakfast is pretty good. Have to go to the front desk for tissue because no housekeeper has come since check-in."
"Do not come here. Rooms stink like mold. Pool is closed. Absolutely disgusting for 130.00 a night. That is with a school discount. Completely ripped off. If I wasn’t here for a wrestling event, I would leave. Do not stay here, not worth a penny"
"Unless you have don't have standards and can get a tetanus shot easily, I wouldn't even bother looking at staying here. The pictures make it seem clean, it is far from that. I would've had to be sedated in order to sleep here for 3 nights without thinking something is crawling on me or not knowing who's bed I'm sharing since it was not cleaned at all. The food on the floor was there upon our arrival, maybe a snack after our 13hr drive. The shower head gives you a black mold rather than washing you. Stay at your own risk."
