"My daughter was planning to move back to the Midwest from across the country, so I became her "legs on the ground" in the search for a new home. I'm not sure exactly how we found Tim during her search in Ohio, but I'm sure glad we did! He is highly knowledgeable and well- connected in his field and was able to work with us within both the Cincinnati and Dayton areas. He quickly determined from talking with us-- often separately-- what would be in her best interest in housing, and was not afraid to steer us away from possibilities that would probably not be beneficial to her.
