"Been Going here for months now as a medical patient. Love this spot. My favorite store. I Went recently and they had tip jars out. I hope these people get paid enough to not need tips. It’s just odd. It would kind of make sense if they weighed my stuff or counted out my candies. But just handing a pre packed and weighed item through a hole in a wall to a cashier. This doesn’t come off as a tipping industry. It’s an odd thing to request in that environment"

"Keep in mind that your 14.15g package will only contain 9.1g of medicine. Other than that, great visit. Super convenient, quick turn after arrival, etc. The only part they didn't get right was the promised content of my purchase... In summary - I paid for 28g (2 x 14) and got 18g (2 x 9), y'all shorted me 10 on 28 (35%). Now you can make it right or you can make excuses, and I've read enough of these responses to know which way this is gonna go."

You guys were not prepared to start not sure why you rushed it. Extremely dissatisfied. Regret not going back to Ascend! As they were friendly and very efficient!!
