"Now I believe this to be the store that used to be in walnut hills that moved unless there are new owners now this is my first time coming in here in a while but me and my friend went in like 2 weeks ago she was buying a wig as a matter of fact it was the week of the 28 my birthday to be exact the wig was of suck poor quality she said she would never buy from here again but back to what I’m talking about everything I’m about to say is truth no slander I read your answer to the other lady please do not reply to me rudely because I’m telling the truth so went in there today to let them know about some lashes that I had bought that shredded before I was able to use them he would not listen he was so rude that someone that overheard walked out the door he refused to listen to me he was so rude he told me not to touch him that I was lying he was very loud and I wasn’t even being loud but he was I asked for his managers number and couldn’t get that from him I told him to stop raising his voice he kept talking loud then when he realized he was wrong he apologized but at that point I was already upset and offended it’s ok to be nice when I’m spending my money in there I told him I won’t spend anymore money in there he rudely told me he didn’t care and to leave and I didn’t do anything that was rude I just love to be respected I paid for my things why can’t I tell you about it at the end that didn’t take the faulty ones back but the other pack by that brand they took back but that was a bad experience can the manager please call me back he said he couldn’t really speak English but was very rude in English if he keep talking to people like that it will stop people from coming so please manager I will love to talk"

"You got a love hair stores. This is a small hair store but yet and still has so much and it they always have some beautiful outfits as well and accessories that match they always have 613 for me. They got a nice selection of wigs in the back of their store, and they have a variety of braiding and crochet hair."

"The customer service experience started out great very friendly. The guy wrong up my items and was distracting me by talking about how beautiful my 6 year old granddaughter was. He rang up my 4 items and they came up to $39 and some change. I had to remind him to give me my change. I left and looked at my receipt and noticed 2 items that had a price tag on them and rang up more than the price tag. One item wrong up $19.99 but the tag had $9.99 and the other item wrong up $2.99 but the tag had $1.99. I went back and requested a refund and told him I didn’t want the items. He went on to tell me that the computer is right and the price tag on the items is wrong. I will never ever shop at this store again and I will be reporting them to the news this is fraud. PLEASE BEAWARE‼️"
