"Warning to anyone looking to do business with Bronco Excavating or Bronco Sales and leasing. Dealt with both of the Kulifay's and I have to say that it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I essentially was conned out of a lot of money and lied to from start to finish. I purchased a wheel loader from these guys for over $50,000 that I was told was work ready, and that they had owned the machine since new (Which was the first of many discrepancies and misrepresentations by the Kulifay's and Bronco). I paid for the loader based off their description and representation of the machine. Before I picked the machine up I wanted to send a dealer out to go through to ensure that it was work ready as both of the Kulifay's indicated. The machine was completely rusted out from top to bottom and was described by the Dealer as a parts unit that starts and runs. I would have never purchased the machine had they properly represented the machines actual overall condition. When I tried talking to them they screened my calls and had the secretary put me off. Never spoke with anyone directly again after the loader was paid for. When I emailed them about my disappointment in their description and representation of the machine, they said, "Its my fault, and there was nothing they were going to do." It really is dis-heartening that people are allowed to lie, con, deceive, and ultimately take advantage of people with no repercussion what so ever. Yes, I should have stopped what I was doing and traveled to Ohio to see the machine for myself and I am at fault for that, yes. I take ownership in that, but it was quite clear that the Kulifay's weren't interested in being honest or taking care of their customers. They only care about themselves and will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your money and leave you in the dust. Learn from my mistake, and spend your money with someone that will treat you with honesty and integrity. You work to hard for your money to be lured in by deception and empty promises. I have attached a few pics of the "Work Ready" and "Clean" machine that they sold me. Just so there is no doubt of the authenticity of this review. Literally could fall apart any day. There is so much Bondo and Paint on the unit in a attempt to cover up all the rust and corrosion. Hopefully, enough people will heed my warning and stay away from dealing with this company and the Kulifay's to where they have no choice but to start treating people right or go out of business."
