"I LOVE THIS PLACE. I am a bit ashamed to admit that I make so many of my purchases on Amazon, but I simply hate to shop. These guys at FF Hardware are always very helpful and very fair. I consider them incredibly customer oriented. I saw one review where someone referenced talking to a 'kid' who worked there..... and it sounds like they might not have gotten the greatest service.. I would recommend seeking out Tom or one of the owners and can guarantee you that you will be well-cared-for at this local small business.
