Unity Cabinet & Granite

"I would highly NOT recommend anyone work with this company who does not have EXTENSIVE knowledge about all things having to do with countertop work!! Unity granite came and measured my countertops for my basement bar and properly measured I had a 24 inch sink base yet showed up for install with a 33 inch sink. Luckily I had the knowledge to realize something was not right and the sink was too large. Upon calling them I was informed that despite the fact that they came and measured my countertops, it was my fault because I didn’t do enough research or read the contract carefully enough to know the exact dimensions of the sink they ordered for me (which no dimensions were included in the contract). Michelle also messed up and tried to over charge me by nearly $1000 in my original contract which luckily I did catch prior to signing. To make a long story short. I was told by the company that I should have asked more questions and done more extensive research and since I did not, if I wanted the issue resolved that it would be my responsibility to pay for a new countertop. My husband tried to resolve the issue with the owner and was cussed out. So my advice go with professionals you can trust because this company clearly isn’t one of them."

"Would not suggest this place. We ordered granite, no where on the paper work was size about the sink. Only their measurements which said 24 inch sink base. So our understanding it would fit in the sink basin. Unfortunately they showed up to our home planning to cut three cabinets. They blamed my wife, was very sarcastic, and rude acted like it was our fault. Full refund or fix at no extra cost."

"We had countertops installed mid July 2023, the results completely changed the look of our kitchen. Service from Unity Cabinet & Granite was exactly as scheduled, a few before and after pictures included."

"I hope these guys improve, but they have a lot to learn. I had a terrible time with their granite install and had them out 3 times before they finished, and even their finish work was substandard. They cut the first slab wrong and then ruined the second slab when they cut out the sink and left a large chip, which they cut out in my kitchen and filled my house with granite dust. They tried to glue the chip back in but it didn't look good at all. They did agree to replace that section and brought a new one, which was 2" too long and had to re-cut it on site (fortunately outside this time). I finally accepted the work even though the joint between the two slabs is very rough and poorly done. I give them 2 stars instead of one because, despite the challenges, they kept trying."

"I have used them four times, my first experience was my Kitchen and my husband and I bought the RTA cabinets and after assembling 30 cabinets together we are still married had not killed each other. 2 time I had them extend my kitchen and it came out great, 3 time was ordering a double sink and cabinets for my master bathroom, 4th was the 1/2 bath. you could not beat the service and quality. I love them and wished they had a branch in fort lauderdale florida"
