"Great experience from EVERYONE at this company. The people quoting, the crew and office are all conscientious, professional and polite. For instance, the guys doing cement work were very careful carrying cement batches inside the house, cleaning and checking on cement levels for any changes. Really appreciate it NOTE: another review mentioned Belfor not showing up and poor communication. Belfor did cancel once due to an emergency from another customer and our communication was great. Our work was not urgent and I was wanting it “done” but totally agree with responding to crisis. Please understand that this company deals with emergencies like flooding, sewage back-up, cleaning up after a deceased person is found and Belfor prioritizes the call-ins. I definitely want that in a company and will keep them in mind for the “rainy day” I need them to be here for an emergency. Bottom line: Good companies are busy for a reason."

"We had a terrible experience with Belfor. The contractor that came to “fix” our bathroom and kitchen after a water leak made a mess of our home. Our project manager did not do his job what so ever and made it seem like the mistakes done by the contractor were our fault. He would never take any of the responsibility for any of the problems that occurred. Make sure if you go with them that you also ask for an itemized copy of your invoice. They tried to over charge us by almost $3000 for a ton of work that was never completed. Beware of their terrible communication. They would say that they were going to be at our home at certain times and never show up. My husband had to take off work a few times to deal with them. One of the times he took off and they never showed. We dealt with them for 6 months and are so frustrated and disappointed with how they have handled our situation."
