"I was looking for an electrician to figure out how to hook up my new dishwasher when I discovered it didn't have a ground water. This was on a Saturday so I started calling around. Midday Sunday- Superbowl Sunday at that- I got a hold of Electrical Integrity and they responded pretty quickly and then came out within a few hours. They were able to fix the problem and didn't try to up sell me or convince me to do other things."
"This company electrical integrity the owner is Chris Chandler. He jerked us our $2,400 of unfinished work in our basement. We contacted him and he always had an excused but wanted to get paid for unfinished work. He begged my wife for the money and we were confused because he had good reviews but he is a crook. He was disrespecting and dismissive and unwilling to listen when we would explain how we want our light install. He took other light bulbs from our lamps just to use for his lighting instead of him asking. He didn’t finish installing the all wires, he just left it as is.He drilled multiple holes in our basement beams and didn’t even add wires thru some of the ceiling beams it only weaken the ceiling beams which confused the other drywall company that was installing us a new ceiling. One of my family members mention he was wondering through our home when we were at work instead of staying in the basement to complete the work which is uncomfortable. I would not ever trust a company like this again. Lesson Learned"
"Chris is extremely helpful and professional. We’ve had him come to our home and business for many different electrical needs and he always completes the tasks, most importantly the correct way. We don’t use anyone but him now. He’s always on time and takes the time to make sure we are always satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him!"
