"Left my house this morning to see a truck and trailer parked in front of our house - in the fire lane where we have a hydrant - with a second utility truck in the culdesac…but really IN the culdesac, because they made no effort to park anywhere near the curb. They also had unloaded equipment such as massive spools of cable and other items in our grass and on the street increasingly closer to our mailbox and driveway. The catch? They’re here for our neighbors, I have no idea who these people are and was not prepared to see such entitled contractors first thing in the morning outside my home. I have a video - Google reviews on mobile won’t allow me to attach it - and the local non-emergency line was contacted. Unfortunately we get what our tax dollars pay for. Based on all the other reviews of this company, it seems that their customer base - or rather their focus on contractor reputation - isn’t quite as strong as some would like."
"Well to be honest I haven't had the pleasure of the service but I will say that I've had to drive down the road next to 2 of there trucks and trailers driving down symmes road and it would be nice if they would stay in there lane instead of going from the inside lane to the outside lane with no signal what so ever, and running red lights. Do better drivers"
