"I ordered a Charley Harper serigraph as an anniversary gift and wanted a different framing option than what I saw on the website. My requests and communication were all handled by Dwight and he was a pleasure to work with. He emailed me images of several matting options to go with the frame I chose. Once I had chosen one the work was done in short order and everything shipped quickly with enough time to spare that I did not have to worry about it being on time. The packaging for shipping was very well done and everything arrived in perfect condition. All during the process Dwight assured me that if I was not happy with anything to just let him know and he would take care of it.
